Oklahoma Here
« on: June 28, 2011, 08:37:24 am »
Hello everyone, I  was given an 83 K20 that belonged to my wife's grandpa after he passed and I plan on making it into a solid driver/modest toy.  It has spent most of its life on the farm and I know grandpa did not drive over 45 MPH.  It has a 350/4speed in it and the 4 wheel drive works.  I currently have about $170 in it (Battery, plugs, plug wires, distrib cap, oil, oil filter) so I am trying to build it on a tight budget.  If I can make it into a solid driver for under 3K I will be happy!  Looking forward to messing around with this truck.
