Before you start putting things back together...

Pull the spindle off the steering knuckle -six nuts to remove and then tap lightly with a deadblow or rubber mallet (no steel hammers). Check the seal and bearing where the axle shaft goes through the spindle.

If necessary, replace any worn out parts and then clean and grease the axle shaft.

If you're at the point of removing the spindle, you can swap the axle shaft u-joint or at least grease it.

Thanks for all the replies and information!

Alright, i finally got this done. I ended up destroying 3 lug studs trying to press them in with a nut. New ones were about .02 in. bigger on the knurled end, so i lightly grinded them and tapped them in with a BFH.

I did do one thing stupid. As i was putting the inner race in the second hub, i realized to myself that i didn't drive the inner race in on the first one... Soo i had to go back and do that one, but somehow it was seated in there..

First time doing this as well, by car the hardest part was getting the snap ring clip looking thing out of the hub.

FTW, I found this before i done this..
