Windshield Washer Switch
« on: January 20, 2012, 07:16:03 am »
Okay, I'm feeling like an idot asking this, but I gotta know. My truck has a washer fluid bottle with bright blue fluid in it. I've owned this truck for 3 months now and I cannot find the button or switch that distributes the washer fluid to the nozzles. For your info, all of the 1979 interior is stock...thanks. (hanging my head in shame)

I believe the switch that turns on the wipers, you have to push in on it.  I could be wrong, someone else will say if I am wrong.

if its like my chevelle and the wiper switch is mounted on the dash you have to push the lever in to spray the washer fluid.

push the windshield wiper switch in and it should work unless the pump is bad, and it might take a wile to get fluid through the lines.
