80s wiring harnesses

does anyone know how interchangeable the wiring harnesses are for the 80-85 trucks?doing a cab swap and running into issues.

     If they followed the body styles with wiring, 80 should be more like 73 - 80.  81 they changed a lot about these trucks, but I am not possitive about the wiring harness so someone with actuall knowledge I am sure will chime in.

due to locations of stuff changing, 84-86 for pickups would be the same.

yeah i knew there was alot changing in the early 80s.hopefully i can find a harness that isn't as hacked as mine.

i just finished last month putting a 85 cab on my 77 chassis. The wiring schematics were a BIG help. I now have p/w, door locks and more.
