Here is the link to sport truck . com in the tech section and it is called flowmaster dual exhaust on a 73 c10 , DIY exhaust project.  It shows how to make the bends and what it takes to clear to side tanks on a SWB.  It would definitely be easier to get rid of the gas tanks and use a race cell in the bed.  Or, use a gibson sport truck style exhaust that exits passenger side.

What mufflers should I be looking at? I like it loud and throaty, I don't like glasspacks much, the crackle annoyes me and its not throaty enough. Any suggestions?
