74 Chevy Stepside 1/2 ton
« on: September 18, 2012, 04:41:07 pm »
Hi Everyone,

Just a line on my 74 Chevy truck. I picked it up about 5 years ago as a running project. I don't think I've put more then 10k miles on it as I normally ride a Harley Roadglide or the Deuce. I use my truck when it rains in the winter, and to haul a jet ski trailer around in the spring, summer and fall.

I live in the southern end of the San Francisco Bay Area, near San Jose. I've gotten the bug to clean up my truck and make it a little nicer. But don't get me wrong, I live in a rough part of town and nice stuff either gets tagged, scratched or stolen. I hate having section 8 neighbors next door.

Anyway, I'm just doing low key stuff as I park the truck in the street.

Welcome to the site from Sac. Ca.  I also have a 74 step side 4x4 that I have torn down the the frame and rebuilding.  Nice to have you here.
