Need to Replace this, what do I call it?

It goes on the front of my intake of 86 pick up...350 motor...I broke 3 of the 4 vacuum outlets on it off....

What do I call this when I go to get another one?

That vacuum switch was removed from the original 305 engine and transferred to the Goodwrench 350.
