Steering wheels horn cap retainer screws

What size are the screws that hold the cap retainer in place (look like torx), and where can you get them?

I want to say they are 8/32 or 10/32, but not sure on that. Been a few years since I've had a wheel apart.
Any hardware store should have machine screws in stock.

Thanks, I'll start with those.  I'm trying to get in a store without carring the steering wheel in.
