What year and model?
« on: April 02, 2013, 11:06:43 pm »
Just wondering if anyone can tell me what year and model this truck is? The truck was totalled a few years ago and this is the only picture I can find.

its an 81 and up model, if you could find a pic of the grill it would help us more to find out what year, but to me it looks like and mid 80's truck because of the trim behind the cab and the light on top of the cab. if it has 2 headlights and the turn signals in the front bumper then its an early 80's truck but if its got 4 headlights and turn signals in the grills its a mid - late 80's truck. also it appears to be a silverado.

Or if its got two head lights and turn signals not in the bumper it can be a late 80s as well.
Can't tell what year or model by a picture. It could have had other parts from similar trucks added etc.

Its been 9 years since I've last seen it, so I can't remember the front end. I'll post another pic if i can find one laying around somewhere.

Thanks for the help!

actually you couldnt really go by just the headlights as my truck is a 82 and it has the 4 light set up but the turn signals do give more of a indication as i think in 81-82 they had them in the bumper then after they went to the grill
