please post pictures of yalls single wheel flatbeds....ive gotta 87 v20 im goin to flatbed it....please post side, back, and front pictures...thanks for the help....

i like flatbeds too.  There was a really nice thread over at the 67-72 board that showcased a 79 1-ton chassis-cab and how they made the bed.  i'll try to find the link or you could look for yourself---it was in the projects section.

23 years ago I built this bed . After an accident that dinged the fuel tank I built sides to protect them

87 chevy suburban. 350 tbi w/ 700r4. 2wd sluggish tank sporting plastidip paint.

If I remember I'll take a couple kinda crappy phone pics of my 6x8 flatbed. I had an 8x10 I was almost ready to bolt down and traded it for my 6x8 i have now. The 8x10 needed some metal work to be solid enough to really use, and this one has solid metal, but the wood floor was toast. 14 treated 2x6's later, it gets the job done. Still need to build the new bumper and headache rack for it.

Only two pieces of that were new metal , The expanded metal for the headache and the prebent stake pockets . The rest was scrap
