side windows

I changed both side windows and now they dont seem to be lined up in the opening.  The drivers side needs to be pulled in a bit when its going up and the right side seems to be a bit out.  Is there adjustment in the track system, could there be a problem when I glued the window in the track, maybe not in the right position.  I'd hate to have to take this all apart again, but it looks like I might have to.  Thanks

the front guide is fixed, the rear guide can be bent or loosened and moved a little.  If it is not level across the top, I would guess you glued it crooked.
