crossmember swap???

Im building a 1985 swb chevy with a 5.3 ls swap and cutting frame behind the cab for new frame rails and a ladder bar and coil over setup with a narrowed 9".  My ? is, is there an aftermarket front crossmember i can bolt on with mustang ll control arms and a rack and pinion setup, or is it better to build one?
