Fan for heater never turns off.

If the key is on then theres always a fan sound from the heater. Why? How to fix?

If it is an AC equipped truck it is by design that it stays on all the time

As zieg85 posted, the A/C ventilation system is designed to blow on low speed whenever the ignition is switched on and the heater/AC are switched off.  This dries the plenum to help reduce mildew formation while decreasing dust accumulation and maintaining fresh cabin air.

AHHH HAAA!  Thanks for the answer. I had heard that they just crap out and stay on after awhile.
