It's a good idea, but everybody's schedules and egos have to be compatible. :)

      Some people have a natural talent to teach and some do not.
#1: The easiest and most obvious solution to any problem is 99% of the time correct.
#2: There is no such thing as impossible, it just takes longer.

You couldn't be more right. Some people are good at it and actually enjoy it. Others, you have to sort of pry the desired information out of them. :D
