Does anyone know the valve stem seal part number or vehicle to look under for vortec heads having trouble finding this out thanks in advance

You could try like a 97 or 98 chevy 1500, 350, blah blah blah. That would work out for you.
The good ones from fel pro are ss72861. For all 16 of the "premium" ones
