« on: March 10, 2014, 12:09:40 am »
I have a 1975 Chevy C20 I want to convert to a shortbed. Could I please get any help on the dimensions and things? Any help would be appreciated.

Here's a thread in the technical section on converting a long bed to a short bed, happy reading.

I was planning on converting my 1975 C20 into a shortbed. Has anyone ever done this? And are the cuts the same? 14 inches behind the cab and 6 inches off the back?

There is a couple of threads on here where people have done the conversion.  I have seen 2 that I can think of right now, if done right there is more than 1 way to shorten the length of the bed.
Here is one with lots of pics.
