Oracle LED lights (4x6)

Has anyone bought/seen/used/using these lights? I know they've been out for a while and I was wondering if anyone shelled out for them? Would like some insight if anyone has them.

while the led design looks good, the fine print states, "not approved for road use, off road use only"  recommend that you wait until they are DOT approve for US highway use to avoid getting a ticket.  also while they may provide a lot of light, the beam pattern may dazzle on coming drivers.
