Help with tail lights
« on: April 03, 2014, 01:23:46 am »
I need to know what tail light lens this is. I bought these fenders off Craigslist they are off a 77, but I don't know what the tail lights are off of. And neither does the guy.

I am going to agree with Irish, I have a set of step side fenders that I got from pick-n-pull that have the same lenses.  When I sourced new lenses they were IH.  The letters at the bottom of the lenses should read "SAE STIAR 68", that was the stamping IH used during those years.  The one's in Irish's pics say the same thing.

So is there something I could change it too? With a lower cost?

Sure anything is possible, just pick the one you want and fab up the opening to fit.  I am not sure if there is a direct replacement for another style without fabrication work though.
