Shifter cutout template

Wrecked my '87 K20 :'( Replaced the cab, but it didn't have the cutout for the transfer case shifter. Scraped the old cab before I had a chance to take some measurements. Does anyone have a template? Or some kind of measurements I can duplicate? I also understand that there is a 'high' hump and a 'low' hump cab. Without reference how can I tell which I have?

It's difficult to know just how much you don't know until you know it.
In other words... if people learn by making mistakes, by now I should know just about everything!!!

I take it you haven't put the new cab on the frame yet?  I am going to make an assumption that it is a 2 wheel drive cab (with no transfer case shifter provisions).  You will need a body lift or the cab floor will hit the transfer case or cut out the entire floor provisions from a 4 wheel drive cab.

Thanks 'bd' for the pics. I can see now it's a 2wd cab - low hump. Zieg85- The cab has been mounted. Work was done by someone else, don't know how he made it work. Looks like there are bolt-on humps! So now I guess I'm in the market for a center hump 4WD - Auto.
