454 stamp number question

Well I am new to workin on engines what does the number stamped above the timing chain cover mean ?

Right above the timing chain cover there spot milled flat with T1111tsh stamped on it

T = Tonawanda engine plant
11 = November
11 = 11th day
TSH = is either 1975 Truck 454 LS-4 VIN Z, L, fwd OR 1978 Truck 454 VIN LF-8 VIN S, 20, 30
