Turn and park light help!

I have an 87 that when the head lights are off everything works fine but when head lights are on none of the front park lights come one the turn signals flash slow and the turn indicators on the dash stay on all the time. It's the same with just the park lights turned on

Check your bulbs. May have one burnt out or the filament is touching causing a small short. Mine ended up being on the tail light. It was on a 76 though. But I'm sure the  wiring is similar.
