Wow...my mistake. I listened to the guy who has the truck before I looked at it in person and couldn't understand how 20 gal tanks fit under his short bed, but wouldn't fit under mine??? Finally got a day off to go measure them myself and sure enough they are 16 gallon tanks. (bought them on the spot!) For those that mentioned it, we were right...the 20 gallon tanks DO hit the rear spring hangers if you try to put them under a shortbox.
That's one less thing to worry about. Only took me a couple of weeks to figure a shortbed is a shortbed!!
The only thing I have left to do it fab up a drive shaft and the conversion will be ready to go! I will probably do the conversion then measure for the drive shaft. No suprises that way....
