Im looking at doing the same thing, once i get around to cutting out and welding my pass. floor pan. she's pretty rough right now.
dang driver pan looks flawless!
I've got some of the hot rod firewall stuff alot of guys use (aluminum foil on both sides of bubble wrap is the the shoot really looks like) for the headliner to adhere to and try to dampen some sound.
I can weld and do sheet metal, but this will be the first time I've ever tackled anything like cutting out and welding in floorpans. Its a little intimidating.
