Ground for cluster lights

Any one got a picture of or a location for the ground strip/terminal for the ground wire location terminal under the dash of a 84 C-10? I tried to locate it but have not found it. Somewhere around the emergency brake release handle but where?

Should be above the e-brake pedal bracket bolted to the same panel.
