Bracket help

Can anyone id to bracket?  It is off of an 85 K1500 with 305, AC, PS, and smog.

Possibly a mounting bracket for an air management (diverter) valve, mounting at the right front corner of the right cylinder head.  I'm guessing the closed bolt hole shares the front exhaust manifold bolt and the elongated open hole is caged between the alternator and the cylinder head and retained by the alternator pivot bolt.  But, that's just a WAG.

I think it could be for p\s pump.Maybe goes over studs on back of pump that holds the reservoir on.
Single hole to side of block.The slotted part is where pressure line comes thru.Something to look at anyway
