87 dually fender fasteners

I'm looking for the fasteners to attach the dually fenders to the bed side.

from memory theres no "fasteners" just a special bolt that bolts into the fender. we just made a srw bed a drw bed. i want to say my buddy retapped the holes

I'm sorry.... I found them on Ebay. There were actually 2 ways they were attached from the factory, studs around the whole perimeter and then 6 offset brackets used just across the top.
