Hello. I would like to know what kind of adhesive to use on the diff. cover

 I bought a differential cover , and it was without the magnet. So I need to use the one from my rusted cover,  What is the adhesive  for this?

kind of confused about your question. part 1 is the magnet doesnt need an adhesive to stick to a ferromagnetic cover but an aluminum one you would or you can just stick it in the axle housing itself. but i use "permatex right stuff black" for most adhesives and gaskets
