wipers work but pulse doesn't

Has a new switch in column and a new pulse board. This is an 1977 C10 with a 1985 cab on it. I used all of the '85 electrics and had no problem with the power windows and all of the needed changes except the wipers. They work on high and low but NO pulse. The mist feature works also. I converted this truck several years back and the schematics found here were a big help.
