Clutch help

Ok my trans might not even be bad...If u have to let the clutch pedel come all the way up before moving and u can shift while barley pushing it in ...does this mean i need to replace the clutch?? its a hydrolic cluth 86 k10 4x4 "Granny Gear" 4 speed
