Sliding rear window
« on: July 24, 2021, 06:20:45 pm »
My 1981 C10 has a factory sliding rear window. Right now if I try to open it it’s very sticky and it’s tough to even move in any direction, and it doesn’t move very far without binding up, does anyone have any advice on getting this freed up?
Thanks.

I would try WD-40 or silicone spray in tracks. Just a thought.

Ok that’s a thought, thanks! I did want to hear from someone that has maybe solved this issue in the past before I just start spraying things in that I may need to try and get out later.
