Project Farm which if you haven't seen his youtube i suggest you take a look. he test a lot of products from nails to screw guns. His test have shown if you want to be cheap and do an "ok" job then Rust-oleum rust remover is a good choice. but if you want the best of what he tested then it is POR-15 but it comes with a much bigger price tag.
