How hard is it to replace a heater core in my 75 k20

Well, in my '86 it took a couple hours and I tend to take a lot longer to do things than most people. It's not a hard repair.
1989 Chevy Suburban V-2500, 5.7L, TH400

Thanks irish i figured it out now i am wondering if  i can install a plastic  heater box from a 81 and up in the place of the metal one
