Yes they work and that truck isn't messing around either. I have been reading up on these remote mounted turbos and think that is exactly the kick in the pants that my 4 cylinder Tacoma needs. If only I had the extra cash laying around.

We only have bolt in kits for the 3.4L, but I can probably get you a kit that would work.  If you ever decided, let me know.  

The truck had 120K miles on it when we installed the Turbo.  I was really impressed.
