78 blazer dash wiring into a 80 pick-up

I just got a 80 stepside 4x4 and the wiring in the dash and column is shot. no power to anything. at least thats what i was told. a buddy has a 78 blazer that he's letting me use for parts. and i was wondering if the dash wiring and steering column wiring would work to fix the wiring problems.

You should be able to use the Blazer wiring to fix it.
