Hey I used to work as a parts person (before computers )it was great (its been awhile) never asked the stupid questions . I had some customers that you had to go thru all that.. One guy was looking for a Carb for a late 70's early 80's gm product (cant remember which

) I narrowed it down to 2 I asked him if it was built for California ( for emissions) he said no its a American Car. On the Autozone thing I cant agree more they must have a endless supply of drones. Bought body mounts for the Blazer (2 years ago) told the kid 88 k5 blazer he then tells me no such truck in 88 you must have a s10 blazer I said no full size use 87 if you have to, his response was I cant sell ya the wrong part for the truck, went home got the blazer brought him outside and said what is this? A k5 blazer so go inside he orders em wife picks em up I go to put them in wrong size I am dumbfounded go checked the web page (for autozone) the sob ordered me s10 bushings. Lesson learned I no longer give that info I just tell them the part number I need .
