Chantelle and Maisie were released from hospital yesterday. They are living with Penny, Chantelle’s jobless dad Steve, 43, and her five brothers in a rented council house in Eastbourne. The family live on benefits.

Sounds like the typical inner-city AMERICAN household.   Oh, and Alfie (what a name) has nine brothers and sisters. The U.K. will need to conquer France for some land at this rate.

Unfortunately I can confirm that story is true, and the good old British tax payer will no doubt foot the bill.

I'm also concerned with the fact a 15 year old went with a boy (who at the time of conception) was 12...!!!

Unfortunately the same thing happens in the U.S. I have a friend who had her first child at 12, she is now 30 and her daughter is 18. She had supportive parents and had to grow up in a hurry but she turned out ok.
