87 Crew Cab 2WD Dually

I found one locally that is in rough shape but when you get past the exhaust manifold leaks that 454 sure runs good.  I couldn't find a good body panel on it but it is all there.  Drives decent.  Has a 4 speed with a really tall gear.  What do you guys think it may be worth?  Thinking about the 454 in my 86 C10 instead of the 350 plus the tbi and dual cats ought to pass the 86 emission test.
