I was going to retire in Phoenix but not if they are that much against rodding and individualism. I don't know if I'll ever be old enough to not want a hotrod or modified truck in my garage. Obviously your state supports the anti clunker act too since they are so strict on emissions of passenger vehicles. Anit-clunker act = un-American in my book. So it looks like I'll have to put up with the humidity in Fla. in my old age then.
