Rocker panel

rinsed off the truck the other day with a pressure washer and i knew the rockers had paint bubbling from rust never got around to fix it but once the pressure washer hit it it flaked off a little bit, so i continued to get the rest of it to peal off have about a 4" rust spot and a 3" rust spot on the drivers side nothing bad just pitted the rock a little and on the passengers side i have about 1" bubbles that didn't peal off. so i took a steel wool pad and got the rust off and primed it black, then i painted the rocker lip white. doesn't look that bad on silver but you can see it so maybe now i can convince the boss ::) to let me paint the truck I'm thinking of a fade of silver to black ,black on bottom and silver on top.
