Do all door panels between the years 73-87 fit all year trucks between 73-87? Thanks!

ccz is correct, however the newer panels can be used on the older door shells rather easily if using power windows or the newer regulators are installed (longer crank pin). You drill about 5 holes & use spacers on the bottom row of screws. The dashpad will not match the trim strip on the door panel unless you change the pad though.
Using the old panels on a newer door would take some work (closing up four or five 1" odd shaped holes) in plain sight & changing the regulators to the short ones... Not worth it unless you had a real good reason.

I have a 77 silverado with the wood inserts on the doors but can't seem to find the wood inserts anywhere and mine are kinda faded, so I thought I would get a newer door panel cause i can find them with the wood trim but wasnt sure if they would fit so thanks.

And will a newer dash pad fit on a 77 also? I noticed they were more square than mine.

They will fit the dash skeleton, but you may have issues with the guage panel, the shape is slightly different. You'll have a VIN viewing hole with nothing in it as well.

The '81-'82 & maybe '83, have the gauge bezel you would want to use. They are for the newer, "square" dashpad & has the wiper switch in the dash instead of the column like the newer ones. Lorne
