What is the best way to seperate the transfer case from the real of the tranny. The seal they used is a tubed silicone so I can not find a leverage point. Any suggestions?

Little more info? It is in the truck, on the ground, etc.
You should be able to unbolt it and bump it with a rubber mallet and knock it loose.
