Well Im from the southwestern part of the state of Minnesota...
I have a 1979 GMC C15, used to be a deisel but the PO changed it to gas. Used a different Olds engine, still trying to find the block no. so that if I need anything I can at least referance the year for it. Its Im guessing a heavy half, just by going with it having HD suspension front and rear. And it has the hydraboost brakes, which Im still trying to get used to (very touchy). It does have cruise and wiper delay, both aftermarket and functioning!
I bought it several months ago for 1300, and Ive only had duel exhaust installed. Other then that cosmetics to clean it up a bit. I have no big plans for it, the plan on getting a actual DD that doesnt use so much gas is in the works. And after I find a job (unemployed now for 5 months), I plan on getting another Camaro to play around with. This truck is primarly used to haul a horse trailer, we have 2 horses that are part of our family.
Well here it is... I call it "The grampa-mobile"... grandkids call it "The cool truck".... LOL!
