Its like any other system... it is only as strong as the weakest link.... as for me AC Delco or NGK.  Not sure for in the States but a lot of the AC plugs are actually made by NGK for the Canadian market anyway

yea , E3's and all those other gimmicky plugs are junk. only A/C or NGK for me too, I've had really good luck with NGK's in the LT1's I've owned.
