To all of you upholstery guys....
« on: January 29, 2010, 02:05:50 am »
MY HAT IS OFF TO YOU. Im trying to cover my center console and its a PITA. Upholstery is one of those things that takes time and patience which is 2 of the things I seem to have the least amount of lol. I never can get the seams to line up to make it look good. Now Im going to have to make some stainless trim peices to go along the edge to cover up my mess.

I'm no master upholsterer by ANY means but the one thing I do know is to use a material that has a lot of stretch to it, and that can wrapped around something. This is all in an effort to avoid seams at all costs.
