crew cab dual exhaust

Does anyone know if anyone makes a header back dual exhaust system for a 4x4 crewcab or do I have to bring it to the local muffler shop for this?

The exhaust sold here on the site will work on a crew cab, just need to order some extra pipe for the extra length. It is made by Pypes and is the best of the best, still a good price though! That is what I will be ordering for my truck soon.
