rust stopping paint

any opinions on "duplicolor" rust stopping paint which sprays on clear and than turns black. i was looking for a quick spray alternative to por15.

from experience, it wont last very long. it does slow the process, though.

i tried it once, it never turned black, so i figured it wasnt working.   i have use rustoleum rust converter with good results
1982 chevy K-10 SWB, 355 th350/np208. 2.5"lift, 33" swampers, headers/duals,  current project

Used it and found it didn't really work. They only places that turned to black "primer" didn't stay that way long before the rust returned.
