Sliding back glass

The glass that slides in my back window busted. When I get the glass to replace it will I be able to replace it without pulling the rear window?

not sure if i can help ya or not but i never had one just pop out buy using it so I'm pretty sure it wont just pop in. allmost sure you have to remove the window
