how to remove rear slinding window?

Just as the title says. never done this before I am tring to get my rear window out with out breaking it. I thought there would be some kind of slice in the rubber that i would use as a starting point but can't seem to find any starting point.

Never done one before but the front comes out by removing the molding in the center of the rubber seal then work it out slowly I assume the rear come out almost the same

When I did it I pulled a string through and ran it all the way around pulling the weather stripping out the back with the friction on the string. Soapy water helps but can get messy too. The corners at the bottom edge are a pain, but if you go across the top completely you won't have to navigate them at all. The best advice I can offer is to just take it slow and try not to lose your patience, took me three tries before I got it properly done

just cut the seal until the windows free...   you don't have to cut much either, just the outer part of the track the window sits in.   then when the windows out the seal comes right off the cab.   cant reuse the old seal anyway.

Some came with a lock strip in the middle of the molding and some didn't. If it has the lockstrip just find the end and start peeling it out of the channel. The last one I removed did not have the lockstrip, so I just started at the top corner and pushed. A little persuasion with a plastic windshield tool or little screwdriver helps to get it started, but it just pushes out the back. To get it back in do as C-Moore502 said. 550 cord works pretty well, and if you open the slider it lets it flex a little more, and it's easier to hang on to the window.
