ok really dumb questions about my head lights

I have taken my truck all apart and now i am putting my head lights back in, I have bought some aftermarket lights to go back in. my truck is an 85 4x4. my question is this, does the high beam go on the top or the bottom? also which set of wires are the high beams the 2 prong of the three. I also need to replace the clips as the wires keep falling out of the clips, any ideas on that? I know it is a dumb question but what can i say

High go on bottom. Low has 3 prongs

Not knowing and asking is uninformed. Not knowing and not asking is dumb. Don't beat yourself up, you have your friends to do that for you...

next time, just compromise.  On the left side, put the high beams on top, on the right side, put the high beams on the bottom.   That way you can't go wrong.

Or do as I do and draw a picture and mark it accordingly before you take it all apart  You could also label the wires as you unplug them.
