Passenger Side Grab Handle

I have an 85 K10 with a 4 inch lift, I'm looking to put a grab handle on the passenger side "A" pillar so I can stop listening to passengers whine about having nothing to grab onto while getting up in the truck.

You guys have any ideas or pics of what you've done?

I stuck one to the reinforced part of the roof with large diameter self tapping screws. It's rock solid, and it cost $5.
